Your account password is stored as a salted hash — never in plain text. We also offer two-factor authentication linked to your registered mobile number, adding a second layer of identity verification before any sensitive account change is processed.

Payment Data Handling

When you transact via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we pass only the minimum required identifiers to the payment processor. We do not store full payment credentials on our servers; only a masked reference is retained for reconciliation and dispute resolution.

Data Retention Schedules

Active account data is retained for the duration your account remains open. After account closure, we retain certain records for the period required by applicable Indian regulations. Upon expiry of that period, records are permanently deleted from our systems.

Who Can Access Your Data

Internal access to personal data is restricted to staff whose role requires it, such as our KYC verification and finance teams. All staff with data access are bound by confidentiality obligations and operate under our documented data access policy.
